Thiru leads a team of senior professionals specializing in Agentic AI and hybrid cloud technologies, focused on designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions for complex enterprise environments. Thiru brings a strong technical foundation across AI systems, enterprise software, mainframes, VMware, Red Hat, generative AI, hybrid cloud, ERP, and custom application development. His industry experience spans technology, consulting, telecommunications, media and entertainment, automotive, oil and gas, energy, utilities, manufacturing, and more.

Thiru’s expertise spans enterprise AI advisory and forward engineering, AI strategy and governance, industry use-case identification and development, and AI value realization and ROI. He has deep experience guiding organizations on enterprise AI platforms and tooling, including IBM Enterprise Advantage, and delivering large-scale enterprise integration using A2A and MCP architectures. His work covers AI-driven transformations across key business functions such as HR, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.

Previously, Thiru held senior leadership roles across hybrid cloud service lines, strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, global delivery, architecture, and enterprise technology functions.

Outside of IBM, Thiru is actively involved in his community, volunteering at his local food bank with family and friends. He also enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and exploring astronomy.
